Έκρηξη σημειώθηκε στο λιμάνι της Κωνστάντζα στη Μαύρη Θάλασσα, με το ρουμανικό υπουργείο Άμυνας να αναφέρει πως αυτοανατινάχθηκε μη επανδρωμένο σκάφος επιφανείας.
Το θαλάσσιο drone είναι του τύπου που χρησιμοποιείται στον πόλεμο στην Ουκρανία και δεν ανήκει στο οπλοστάσιο του στρατού της Ρουμανίας, πρόσθεσε το υπουργείο σε ανακοίνωση που εξέδωσε.
Από το περιστατικό δεν υπήρξαν θύματα, επισημαίνεται στην ανακοίνωση.
